  This project is based on the mythical story of Aladdin and is set to be located in the middle of Dubai Creek. It is expected to cover over 450 meters, featuring three towers with a hotel space and air-conditioned bridges. It is by far one of the most fantastical projects ever thought of.

  With plans to incorporate shopping malls, five-star hotels and restaurants, the Bluewater Island megaproject will be a majestic sight to behold. It will comprise the Dubai Eye which is set to be the tallest Ferris Wheel in the world.

 

• Deira Islands
  Here is Dubai’s way of saying, “We can only get better!” This waterfront city is expected to be so vast that it can contain a 30,000-seat amphitheater, hundreds of hotels and executive apartments in Dubai, large yachts and many more features that will make it a megacity of its own. Of course, projects like these don’t come cheap. The Deira Islands megaproject is expected to cost up to $150 million – definitely not child’s play.

 

• AI Habtoor City
  Wealth and affluence are key players in Dubai and this project is set to exhibit that. At a jaw-dropping cost of $3 billion, the AI Habtoor City is going to be a combination of class, class and more class. Its features include three residential towers, dining venues, and a Bentley café, never before seen in the world.
